The Opportunity

If you are organization or a consultant with an established business, you can add The Winslow Reports to your products or intangible services. The Winslow Reports will increase income from your current clients and will encourage prospects to utilize your other services. Since clients usually assess all their applicants and reassess their employees to measure progress, there is a residual effect. The Winslow Reports will also improve your cash flow, since most clients purchase in quantity, and prepay for the reports.

Associate Model
Joint Venture Partner (JVP)

A referral program that allows JV to get paid a commission directly as a result of a lead purchasing assessments.

Certified Coach /JVP
  Trained and certified to work with the Winslow Profiles and Winslow Reports.
  Authorized to market and utilize the Products with participants in their coaching programs and with individuals for self-improvement.
  They are not permitted to market the Profiles to organizations and will not have access to the Position Success Profiles, PCS Forms or Group Profiles.
  They are paid on a commission basis.
  Three day internet training required, 2 hours a day.
Authorized Sales Representative / JVP
  Employed or retained by Licensees or marketing/sales organizations who are Joint Venture Partners of a Winslow Licensee who are authorized to distribute the Winslow Profiles and Reports.
  These individuals are trained and authorized to conduct demonstrations of the Assessment System and sell the Winslow Reports to end-user organizations.
  In some situations, they will be trained and certified to sell the Applicant Selection and Employee Development Programs to organizations.
  Sales Representatives are prohibited from working with the Winslow Reports as a Consultant or Coach.
  ·They are paid on a commission basis.
  ·Three day internet training required, 2 hours a day.
Certified Business Consultant / Coach / JVP

Employed or retained by Licensees or marketing/sales organizations who are Joint Venture Partners of a Winslow Licensee who are authorized to distribute the Winslow Profiles and Reports and must maintain the ethics of the assessment profession.

  Are authorized to work with end-user clients of their Designated Licensee Under the direct supervision of their Designated Licensee, can conduct demonstrations, sell, and administer the Internet System and review Winslow Reports with individual end-users and participants of organizations.
  They will be trained and certified on the Internet System, Winslow Profiles, Winslow Reports, Success Profiles, PCS Forms and Group Profiles.
  They are paid on a commission.
  Three day internet training required, 2 hours a day.
Licensee Model
Director Consultant License
  Is trained and certified to market all Profiles, Programs and Systems to organizations and individual end-users.
  Their Designated Elite or Executive Licensee will conduct Custom Position Analyses and create the Custom Programs for clients of Directors.
  The Winslow Authorized Elite Licensee will provide the Initial Training and the Designated Licensee will provide continuing marketing training and support.
  Three day web or live training required.
Executive Consultant License
  Has access to all Winslow Systems, Profiles, Programs, and features.
  Is certified to create Custom and Elite Assessment Programs for their Licensees and end-user clients.
  Can build a network of Director Licensees and Coaches, and will receive a share of the Profile fees paid by those Licensees and their end-user clients.
  Their Designated Elite Licensee will train all Licensees recruited into the Executive’s Network.
  Three day web or live training required.
